Finance

Earthmoving finance — from skid steers to the big yellow stuff.

Finance for earthmoving equipment — excavators, dozers, skid steers, telehandlers, ADTs and yellow goods. New, used or auction. 40+ lenders, 24-hour approvals, Australia-wide.

Earthmoving gear is expensive, holds value when it's looked after, and earns like almost nothing else — which makes it some of the best collateral in asset finance. From a $90K skid steer to a $640K telehandler, lenders who know this space are genuinely keen to fund it.

We work with civil contractors, earthmovers and owner-operators across the country, including auction purchases and private sales. Yellow goods are our home turf.

The gear we finance

  • Excavators — from 1.5-tonne minis to 30+ tonne
  • Dozers, loaders and graders
  • Skid steers, Posi-Tracks and compact machinery
  • Telehandlers, ADTs, water carts, cranes
  • Quarry and crushing plant

Auction-ready finance

Plenty of good yellow goods change hands at auction. The catch is timing — settlement dates are firm and you generally can't bid conditionally. We work the other way: get the finance sorted first with a ceiling you can bid to, and auction day is just about the machine.

Tell us the auction, the machine and your ceiling, and we'll have the approval sitting there before the hammer falls.

New, used and hours-heavy

Lenders read an excavator's hours like an odometer. Low hours and good undercarriage make a deal easy; high hours just need a sharper file — service records, a valuation, sometimes a bit of deposit. All of it is normal work for us.

Private sales between contractors are standard in this space and we handle them weekly. A written valuation and the machine's serial numbers are usually all it takes.

How fast is fast

The $320K excavator on our recent-deal list went from enquiry to funded in two days — because the contractor sent the basics up front. That's the pace this category moves at, and the pace we work at.

What machine are you chasing — and is it a dealer, auction or private deal?
